Primary Functions:

• Diagnosis and repair of residential and light-commercial HVAC equipment.
• Presentation of options for repair or replacement.
• Confirmation that repairs were successful.
• Proper usage of technology to record work performed.
• Informing and educating customers on the range of products and services that can improve the comfort, health, and safety of their homes and equipment.
• Ensuring that customers understand the work performed and are happy with the service received.
• Occasionally assist the install department on changeouts or additions.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• EPA certified.
• Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies.
• Nate Certification is preferred.
